Hey, everybody, welcome back. I’m so excited that our listeners have joined us today for this next session of Get Sellers Calling You with Beatty Carmichael. Beatty is the CEO of Master Grabber, the creator of Agent Dominator and one of the top marketing experts in the real estate field. And today, Beatty, I’m so excited. Are we having another radical faith call today?
[00:00:32] Today we are. Yes. It’s going to be an exciting call. And for those who may just be kind of new on the show here, we do two types of calls.
[00:00:44] One is marketing for real estate agents. And the other is what we call radical faith, which is all about living a bold life as a Christian. So if you’re not interested in that topic, you can go on and just cancel out of this episode and come back for the next marketing episode. So but today we’re going to be talking about a really cool topic, something I actually shared Penny with our business team a few months ago. And what I wanted to do it officially as a radical face call. So are you ready and excited? Great. So I want to talk about legal rights and how to have victory against the enemy when the enemy attacks. And, you know, one of the things that’s been real interesting is, as I have done a lot in praying for people, for healing and praying for people and what’s called deliverance. And I’ll talk about that in a little bit, which is basically getting demons out of people’s lives and some other things. There seems there’s this pattern that keeps forming and this pattern is has to do with legal rights. And one of the things that’s been really interesting, as we’ve shared on some of these other calls, is that God works in patterns. And once you understand the pattern of what goes on, then you’re more able to easily recognize the pattern in your own life and also know how best to handle it.
[00:02:23] OK, does that make sense? Yeah, it does so. So today is all going to be about the pattern of the legality that gives evil spirits rights to attack in your life, rights to attack your life. And a lot of times the attacks, in fact, almost in all cases, the attacks we don’t even realize were being attacked until we know the pattern to look for. So let me let me just put a real quick plug in. I’ve been remiss on this most of the time, but let me encourage for our listeners to subscribe to this podcast. If you listen to a podcast on your iPhone or your Droid, then just search for our podcast channel, OK? And so get cellar’s calling you or it could be get radical face and we have to podcast channels. But the radical faith we publish on both channels and in that way, you’ll always have the most current podcast episode coming out. That’s right. But so what I wanted to share first off, I think in in going into this is how these enemy attacks manifest themselves. And I know that you have done a lot of work in this type of arena as well. Pinny. So if I were to ask you, in what way do enemy’s attacks manifest? What comes to mind for you?
[00:03:56] First thing that comes to mind that we see most often is a lie. People believe lies.
[00:04:03] Ok, and dig in a little bit deeper so they believe a lied, so someone comes up to them off the street and says, this is a Rolex watch and it’s I’ll give it to you for 100 bucks. Is that the type of law you’re talking about?
[00:04:17] Are you talking about something more personal, about something a little bit deeper in that it’s a it’s the voice of the enemy feeding them lies. And sometimes they think it’s my thoughts or sometimes they think, well, because I’ve made a mistake or because I’ve done something wrong and now I’m having all these terrible thoughts and it’s lies that are coming from the soul or from the spirit realm.
[00:04:45] Very interesting. All right. What else do you see these things manifest.
[00:04:53] Gosh, severed relationships is huge. Just there being a break in people’s relationships, whether it’s spouses or parents and children, siblings, that would probably be the second biggest thing.
[00:05:09] And this would be like divorce, I would guess, with severed relationships or really stressed marriage. OK, perfect. Yes. Mm hmm. Seven relationships would probably also be those real big challenges you have with your kids. They’re just always avoiding you. They’re they’re turning tuning you out and just kind of isolating themselves from you. That would be seven severed relationships. All right. For sure. What else do you see?
[00:05:42] We actually see a lot of health issues, you know, people that will come in and it could be a lot of it’s more like stress related, anxiety related. But the stress and anxiety leads to health problems, health issues. But what’s interesting is that the stress and anxiety is stemming from them believing the lies. It stems from them partnering with something that the enemy is saying to them. That’s not necessarily true. And so then they get stressed and they get anxious. And of course, in the natural world and the medical and scientific world, we know that stress and anxiety causes all sorts of diseases and problems and health problems in your body.
[00:06:31] So, yeah, so as I was thinking about this myself, the short list that I made, you were definitely going down the same path. You have sickness, you have lost jobs or opportunities a lot be tied into believing the lies, OK? Yes. You have things that are always breaking down in your life that’s sapping all your money and resources and your time. There are also things that I’ve seen were accidents and even premature death. So that tied into the things you’ve been talking about, these are the patterns that you start to see when enemies attack. Let me ask you now, this is a real important question. Is every broken relationship or every second, every making a wrong decision is that always an enemy is not always an evil spirit at play?
[00:07:32] I personally don’t believe that.
[00:07:34] No, no, I don’t think so either. So I want to be sense of that as we go this direction on this call that we don’t believe there. You know, as someone says, there’s a demon behind every bush. OK, that’s not that’s not the case. But there’s a pattern. And so here’s the question. How do you discern. When the enemy is attacking, what are some of the things that you come to understand, this may be a way to discern it.
[00:08:07] For me personally, for me personally, I think it would be when I start to not feel like myself and that could be anything from spiritually to physically. I’ve sort of learned, like you said, the patterns of what happens to me when I may be listening to the enemy a little bit more than I should be. I get maybe short tempered or frustrated a little bit more easily. I feel run down, depressed, those kinds of things.
[00:08:42] Okay. Yeah. And I remember when I first started to learn about this, there was a guy named Chip Ingram. He has a great radio show called Living on the Edge. He’s been a pastor and maybe still lives over in California. He was sharing that whenever he would teach on spiritual warfare. I think that was the trigger. It may have been something else. But whenever he would touch on something that was a spiritual warfare, he’d started to notice that a month or six weeks before the teaching event. Like, if he’s going to go out and do a special event to teach this thing started breaking down around the house, the car would break down, the water heater would break, you know, appliances would break and they would start spending all this money, getting everything repaired. And when it happened the first time or two, he didn’t think much better. He just thought, gosh, everything’s broken. But then he started to look backwards and he sees this pattern. It always happens. Preceding this event, what I started to notice in our business is every time I would hire a new team member to play a critical role with what we do, and usually that’s going to be like in a sales type of environment without fail and almost with 100 percent certainty within 30 to 60 days of them starting or even before they start, there’d be a death in the family, a loved one becoming really sick. They would get injured in a significant way, like a torn rotator cuff type type of stuff. And in almost every case, the person I spent all this time hiring that was a really perfect fit would get thrown out of the organization because of all these outside life influences. And you start to realize that, you know, you’re trying to build a business and you keep getting sabotaged and you’re getting sabotaged by a person you cannot see. Does that make sense?
[00:10:50] Absolutely, yes.
[00:10:52] So the purpose of this call is to really share some of the things I’ve learned about this whole spirit realm of how the economy works and how to have victory against those attacks. And one of the things I started to realize is most of these attacks have one thing in common, and that is it’s a legal right to attack an authority from God to attack.
[00:11:17] Now, when we talk about Astarte, from God to attack, do you recall any of the podcasts we may have done that talked about? Authority to attack, especially believers.
[00:11:30] I do, finally, but it’s been a while, so might need a little help.
[00:11:34] No, no problem. So so far, listeners, we did a podcast called When Bad Things Happen Is It Goswell? And on Part three, which was really an amazing podcast. So if you haven’t heard it, let me encourage you to go find it when bad things happen, is it God’s will? Listen to the whole series. But part number three is where we start to talk about the role of evil spirits and in that role of evil spirits, how the evil spirits are operating by authority from God. Let me just give you a few examples. So you have jobe’s. Says job is a righteous man, Satan comes to Joe, I mean, Satan comes to God and God says, look at Joe, isn’t he a righteous man? And and Satan says, well, that’s only because you protect him, but let me have at him and he will curse you. And then God gives Satan authority to attack. That’s the only time. Say, do you remember that? Yeah, I do. Okay. One the other story says King Saul. And at this time Saul has been disobedient to the Lord and so says God sends a tormenting spirit to attack Saul. So we see God is the author of the authority to directing a tormenting spirit, an evil spirit to go attack.
[00:13:06] But it’s by God’s authority. Then we see, Peter, this is this is kind of the culmination, if you recall the call. You know, we we led up to the big one. And the big one was the parable of the unmerciful servant. This is when Peter comes to Jesus and says, Jesus, how often should I forgive my brother when he sends against me seven times and Jesus says, no, 70 times seven.
[00:13:34] And Jesus starts to share this parable about a king who forgives one of his servants, 10000 talents of God, which is like 16 billion dollars in today’s money because he couldn’t pay. And then that sermon goes and throws one of his servants in jail because he wouldn’t pay ten thousand dollars. So the king comes back and says, You wicked servant. You know, I forgave you all this money, should you have forgiven your servant because you didn’t, it says I’m going to throw you into the dungeon, into the jailers and let them torment you until you pay your debt. And here’s how Jesus ends that that section. He says so, too. Will my heavenly father do to you talking to his disciples if you don’t forgive your brothers as well. And so we see that all of this all of these attacks have to do with authority from God. So there’s something there. And with that authority, I want to go into just a few verses and start to show you. Now, authority comes from legal process. I want to show you some instances in the Bible where you see a legal process and governmental structure. So do you have your Bible ready? I do. OK, so turn first to Ephesians one. We’re going to read verses 21 and 21 patients, one 20 and 21. Okay.
[00:15:09] All right. We’re 20 and 21. He exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realm, far above all, rule and authority, power and dominion and every name that is invoked not only in the present age, but also in the one to come.
[00:15:28] Wow. OK, so real authority, power and dominion are governmental structures. Does that make sense? Yes. Yep. And government is based off of legality. OK, it’s all a legal structure. So here we see this entire structure in the spirit realm that God created being a legal structure. Let’s look to Matthew, 28 18. This is the great commission. This is the beginning of the great commission. Matthew, 28, 18.
[00:16:04] Ok.
[00:16:06] All right, verse 18 says then Jesus came to them and said, all authority in heaven and on the earth has been given to me.
[00:16:16] Ok, so all this authority and heaven and earth have been given to me, that is the authority emanates from a legal process. Makes sense. Yes. OK, so here we see the same thing there. Now we also see God frequently described as a judge and as a judge. He’s one who operates in a position of governmental authority based on legal rules. So I want to walk you through a couple other passages where we start to see this a little bit more. Go to job one, verse six, Joe one takes.
[00:16:59] The Book of Joe versus Cancer won one day, the angels came to present themselves before the Lord and Satan also came with them.
[00:17:12] All right, let me ask you. So does this sound like it’s a social gathering or maybe a governmental gathering?
[00:17:19] Governmental for sure.
[00:17:21] Ok, great. So is Satan was there and he hates God, right? Yeah. Then why is he there?
[00:17:32] Why would he come before the Lord’s presence if he hates the Lord he had an issue or something that he needed to discuss in a legal court?
[00:17:43] I would like to suggest one other option. He was required to be there. Hmm. OK, when God sits in a ruling authority, the spirits are the only spirits allowed or those he allows. And those that are allowed are usually there because either they’re required or as you said, he has an issue as now Satan is called the accuser. So he the accuser always comes into the courtroom to accuse the brethren. OK, so it could be it could be one of those things for sure. Either one. Let’s look at Hebrews 12, 22 through 24.
[00:18:30] Twenty two through 24 says, but you have come to Mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, you have come to thousands upon thousands of angels and joyful assembly to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the judge of all to the spirits of the righteous made perfect, and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of.
[00:19:01] Ok, so let’s there’s three three sections in here that I want to kind of focus on real quickly says you have come to Mount Zion, the Heavenly Jerusalem. So Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and the capital is the ruling governmental authority. So this is where all legal process comes from. That’s what Jerusalem is, a shadow Mount Zion. So we see that Mount Zion is this governmental seat you have. The Lord then says to the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven and to God, the judge of all that’s a legal description says, and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant covenant is a legal term that defines and describes a legal process or structure. So we see throughout this entire passage, it’s all legal based entities and structure. Does that do you see that? Yes. Yeah, I do. All right, let’s look at one more, because this really kind of cool, Luke, 18 verses one through seven. This is the parable of the unrighteous Judge Luke, 18 versus 137.
[00:20:17] Okay. Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. He said in a certain town, there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared what people thought. And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the please grant me justice against my adversary for some time. He refused. But finally he said to himself, Even though I don’t fear God or care what people think yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice so that she won’t eventually come back and attack me. And the Lord said, Listen to what the unjust judge says and will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones who cry out to him day and night. Will he keep putting them off? I tell you he will see that they get justice. And quickly. However, when the son of man comes, will he find faith on the earth?
[00:21:21] All right, so here we have the parable of the unrighteous judge, the widow who is powerless, has an adversary she cannot stop, who’s always attacking. She comes to the judge and finally the judge makes a ruling so that the adversary will stop attacking her. And then Jesus says. This is how God acts and if an unrighteous judge will act this way, well, not your father in heaven act this way as well on your behalf. So we see this structure in place as a parable. There’s a legal structure, God as a judge and by a ruling, the adversary must cease attacks. So this starts to give us a little bit of an idea of this legal structure that’s in the spirit realm, this legal structure in the spirit realm is what all the spiritual entities understand. I want to use the word demon, but a fallen angel, demon, evil spirits, they’re not all fallen angels, OK? They they’re different. There’s a whole multitude of different spirits out there in the spiritual realm. But you have essentially good and bad and bad can only operate within the authority granted them. So I want to talk about legal rights now. Now that we kind of see that there’s this structure throughout scripture. I want to talk about what I’ve learned through Deliverance Ministry. And how we can start to apply this in our own lives and preventing attacks and and having victory against those attacks, so the first thing, Deliverance Ministry, if I were to ask you, Penny, because some people on this call may not be familiar with that term, what is Deliverance Ministry? How would you describe it?
[00:23:15] If I were to describe it based on my personal experience and what my husband and I do, it’s a way of clearing out sort of the cobwebs and things that keep people. So they can’t progress in their relationship with the Lord and they might feel stuck and they’re like, I can’t I don’t understand, I’m not gaining any ground. I can’t get close to the Lord. I feel frustrated, whatever. And so it’s kind of getting at the root of what is is that cobweb and clearing it out to make that connection with the Lord better.
[00:23:54] That’s a great description. Yeah, it’s clearing out those things that keep you. From really walking with the law in the way that he wants you to walk with him and and so you and I have a similar ministry, but we come at it a little bit differently, more than likely because of the people we’re dealing with. So your ministry is very subtle. It sounds like, especially the word to use, clearing out the cobwebs. When I think of Deliverance Ministry, it’s more of a battle ground where you are commanding evil spirits or let’s call them by the name demonic spirits out of a person. And I think the difference between the two is going to be one of severity. We all have, you know, spirits are almost like viruses or bacteria. We all have it in our body, but there’s usually kept in check. So, you know, on your end, if we make that little analogy, maybe, you know, I’m in typically good health overall, but I just need to take good vitamins and eat nutritionally. And and that’s going to keep the viruses and bacteria I have in my body from getting out of control. But if I go into a severe situation, I got to go to the doctor now, take some really heavy duty pharmaceutical medicines. Okay. I’m on the heavy duty pharmaceutical medicine. We got a problem and we got to get it out of there quickly. Right. Okay. But I think they all kind of point to the same thing.
[00:25:25] So I want to talk real quickly about some of the things I’ve learned because I’ve used this as almost a laboratory and understanding this stuff and I’m testing things. So in Deliverance, there’s actually so let’s talk about getting rid of demonic spirits, whether they’re really controlling your life or whether they’re just becoming a nuisance and a hindrance at times. There are two ways to do it. One is sonship and one is deliverance. Sonship is all about being an heir to the throne. It’s about total sovereignty, complete authority, regardless of anything else. You know, the king can make any ruling he wants to, regardless of the legal structure that’s out there. And you got to obey. Does that make sense? Okay, so the more we grow in sonship, the more those cobwebs or those demonic spirits, depending on the severity, the more those get out of our life, because the more we grow. And Sonship, which is through Denine self prayer, worship, fasting, study of the word the whole Christian life, then the more God’s Holy Spirit lives in us brightly, it permeates every part of us and lives through us. And demonic spirits can’t stand to be in that presence. And so they they literally are forced out the other way. And this is what Jesus did. Jesus went and he would command an evil spirit down and had to leave. That was done through sovereignty and sonship, the type of ministry that I typically do because I’m not Jesus as one I call Deliverance.
[00:27:11] And it’s a legal process. And it’s much like what happens in a courtroom. It’s presenting evidence, it’s clearing out. It’s denying that evil spirit a legal right to remain. And then without the legal right, it can be forced out. So I want to give you a real high level structure of deliverance, and then I want to show you how this starts to apply because it’s really cool. OK, OK, so first off, in a deliverance ministry. I will command the evil spirit, whichever is the princess spirit, chief among whomever may be there to identify itself, and I command it in the authority of the Lord, which means they have to respond. OK, that doesn’t mean they respond immediately, but there is an authority that forces them to have to respond and identify himself. And usually when I do this, there’s two ways that this happens. The most common is that they actually speak as thoughts. You’re talking about those lying thoughts. Are you hearing yourself or is it an evil Spirit Airlines spirit talking to you? So most of the time they’re actually speaking as these thoughts that are clearly discerned by the person ministering to and then that person is relaying what they’re hearing, being spoken in their mind. Yeah, a couple of times, maybe in a couple of times in this, the demonic spirit has actually completely taken over that person’s body. That person essentially goes into a trance.
[00:28:54] And it’s the demon looking at me and speaking to me through the vocal cords. I mean, it’s is now that that demon has taken over that body and it’s it’s manifesting OK. But either way, what’s happening is when you call it up, the spirit speaks depending on how it speaks. And then if you were to command that spirit to leave, if it has a legal right to be there, it won’t leave. So what you do in the deliverances, you essentially interrogate the demon, what gives you a legal right to be there? And it has to give you an honest has to give you a right answer, because you’re speaking in this heart of the Lord. And so what you then do, what’s interesting is the legal right that it has to be there is always unrepentant sin and it’s a specific sin. A specific, unrepentant sin, and so the way that you handle that legal right is. I then talk to the person and say we need to repent of this now, repentance is a legal term. So keep in mind all of this is a legal structure that’s in place and repentance is not Lord, please forgive me or Lord, I’m sorry. I confess I did wrong. Repentance is a legal term, and it begins with I repent, I repent of being angry, I repent of doing this activity. OK, what’s interesting is it’s very simple to repent, but once I mean, want you to verbalize it into to verbalize that repentance.
[00:30:44] And then once you do that, I’ll go back to the demon and say, you know, by name, come back up. Now, do you have any legal right to remain? And I’ll always say no because it’s just been repented of. OK, so now you got to leave and then the demon leaves. And so that gives you an idea. If this legal foothold, this legal right, that gives them the reason to be there and the reason to keep attacking, does that make sense? Yeah, it does. OK, so I want to give you some examples. I loved your your what you shared about the cobwebs in your brain, in your thinking, these lying thoughts, these broken relationships. We look at these things in our lives and we go. Can’t you know, what do I do? I want to share just a few examples from two of the deliverances I’ve done to different people and kind of share the process. It’s really enlightening. Would you like to hear this? Yes, I would love to. OK, so now, by the way, both of these people are born again Christians. This is what’s interesting, some people say, well, a Christian cannot have a demon in them, but yes, they can because we go ahead to say they believers can’t be demon possessed, but they can be demon oppressed. That’s right. So I’m and so we can use a terminology, I would say demonized is when they’re oppressed from a demon within themselves, demon oppress as when they are oppressed or attacked by a demon in very close proximity.
[00:32:28] But outside, let me say this makes sense. In essence, we are a. Wear body, soul and spirit, when we become born again, what part of us gets born again, our body, our soul, our spirit, our spirit, our spirit, and which part of that is possessed by the Lord? Just the spirit. OK, so the spirit cannot be demonized because it’s owned and possessed, but where do your thoughts fly in your soul and your soul? Can you have evil thoughts? Sure, yeah, so a demon, an evil spirit, can occupy some space spiritually within your soul because that’s where evil evil exists in your soul already, you know, that’s where sin is, OK? And and so an evil spirit is nothing really but an expression of sin. I don’t know how to describe it. They they tend to follow the pattern of sin, meaning you have a spirit of anger, a spirit of depression, a spirit buried in bitterness, a spirit of unforgiveness. All those are since you did have spirits of cancer and, you know, arthritis, things of that sort which aren’t sins, but there torments. So a spirit can be part of your soul, I believe, and they can be part of your body. They just can’t be part of your spirit. And this is why this is why a a believer can actually have demonic issues going on in their lives.
[00:34:11] Because they are the demons can either oppress or demonize from the soul, the body or from outside. So with that, let me share this. So both of these guys are born again Christians. So I’m talking to Josh and I’m calling up, you know, the spirit. And the first thing I want is I want that spirit’s name. What is your name? And this particular spirit says Seth. So what is your role? You see, every spirit in your body has a role. Sess role was the gatekeeper, the gatekeeper. And Deliverance is a real important spirit to manage on because he’s the one that opens the door and gets other evil spirits to come in to destroy that person’s life. So Jesus tells us that the enemy is his whole purpose is to steal, kill and destroy. So so here’s what’s interesting. I asked Seth. What gave you legal right to be there? And the legal right now, Josh, is like in his early 30s, the legal right, he says. 25 years ago, Josh’s sister communicated to Josh through the Ouija board. Hmm, Josh wasn’t even playing with a Ouija board. He didn’t want anything to do with it, but something his sister did in communicating to Josh through it gave Seth a legal right. To enter Josh, it’s an unrepentant sin, I couldn’t get Seth out until Josh repented of being involved in any capacity with a Ouija board and then at that point, I could get Seth out. Then I saw another spirit.
[00:36:06] This guy’s name was Sledge. So what your role is and my role is to drive dispair. Because this guy’s life, Josh, was in just total despair, it’s everything he did seem to fail, fall apart. Nothing worked, OK? And so I was asking, so what was your legal right? And guess get this. And what I want to share is that these legal rights seem to be minor in our vocabulary, in our perspective, but they are legal. Right, to determine. And he’s had the legal right, as Josh doubts in God’s goodness. Hmm. Say, when you doubt God, that’s a sin, unrepentant becomes a legal right, then the next guy was Mordecai. I love these names sometimes and his role was to discourage OK, to drive to despair was Sledge to discourage his Mordechai. So you see these emotions being the role of the spirits. This is how spirits attack these line thoughts that you were talking about, just kind of destroying your life. And so, Mordechai, his role was to discourage and I say, well, what’s your legal right to be there? He said the legal right was greed and covetousness. Just a little bit of greed, a little bit of covetousness, OK, remember the 10 commandment thou shall not covet, OK? And so it’s a sin. Another guy I was speaking to and doing a deliverance ministry with is a guy named Giovanni. One of the demons there is a guy named Chiliad. I love the name Illiad, you know, a lot of times I take these things from the Bible for whatever reason, but here’s what’s interesting.
[00:37:56] Gilli adds role was the gatekeeper. And as I said, I said, what’s your role? He said to keep Geovani in bondage. I said, how do you. I asked him, how do you do that, this is now the demon speaking back to me says I’m the gatekeeper. So to keep him in bondage is to open the gate and allow more evil spirits into his life to continue to keep him in bondage. Do you see this pattern? Yeah. Yeah. So I suppose his legal right to remain, how did he get there? How did he get in? And what’s his legal right to say? And he said, this is really interesting because I know a lot of our listeners probably had difficult child lives, childhood, he said, pain in his heart, OK, pain in his heart. So I said, explain further. And Chiliad, the evil spirit, says pain in his heart through abandonment from his mother and his family as a child. Oh, that simple act of the close family member abandoning you emotionally. And it causes pain that was a sin and gave Giulia the legal right to enter that guy’s life and start to destroy it. This was as a child. Geovani is in his 40s. When I did this, all this live, this is being attacked by the enemy, so then another one was Jillian. I said, Jillian, what’s your role? He says to keep Geovani in pain.
[00:39:31] Giovanni. By the way, Giovanni is a missionary. OK, I just want to put this in. He is a missionary. His whole life is serving the Lord on the mission field, OK? And he still has these demonic issues in his life, these attacks. And I said Julian said to keep Giovanni in pain because Giovanni had extreme pain in his legs. And if so, what legal right do you have to be there? Julian said idolatry. Now I thought, I’m thinking, no, you held up this idol and you worship this graven image. And so I said, explain further. He said, the worship of other gods. I’m still not following this because I have to understand what’s going on to then lead Geovani to repent of that sin so we can get that spirit out. Does that make sense? The legal part? OK, so he said worship of other gods said I still don’t understand. Explain further, he said prayer to saints in the Catholic Church. Wow, you think about that because he grew up Catholic and he would pray to the Saints. As an intercessor to the Lord, you know, saints, so and so, please ask Jesus to do this or please intercede on my behalf with the Lord. I’ve never been Catholic Church, so I don’t know how they do. You know what the prayer is. But the simple act of praying to someone other than the Lord is considered idolatry.
[00:41:11] And it’s a sin.
[00:41:15] And we know it’s a sin and idolatry, because that gave this this spirit a legal right to be there, and when Geovani repented of that, then we could get the spear. Now, here’s one last thing. This is real interesting. And there was a whole bunch of these in Geovani and in Josh. I’m just giving you a few examples. But one of them was named Marcus and Marcus. His role was to keep Geovani down and under control. And that sound impressive, yeah, to keep him down and keep him under control. I said, well, what legal right do you have to be there? Here’s the legal right. He said, giving Satan glory. So how did he do that? You said, through listening and singing songs. So I said, Geovani, what’s he talking about? He said, years ago when I was in high school, I would listen to these songs that had bad lyrics and I was sing along with them some. That’s it. Wow, that was a scene that gave a legal right to a tormenting spirit to be in his life for now, going on about 25 years, maybe even 30, OK, tormenting him, screwing everything up, telling him lies, totally destroying what he’s trying to do, living a life of depression. And so so this is real stuff. These are the attacks. So here’s what repentance does. What I’ve learned in this deliverance ministry is repentance nullifies. This is my best what is is described. I’m not sure this be accurate, that it nullifies the transgression of the sin. And and eliminates the legal right for spirit to continue to attack. Now that spirit is already in the person, the spirit doesn’t have to leave unless you command it out, but their legal right to be there is no longer there. So this is the legal right. So now I want to I want to show you some evidence of legal right and repentance in scripture as it relates to evil spirits or attacking or not. All right. This is really cool. So we can go back to Jope, OK, and go back to Joe. One versus six through 12.
[00:43:42] All right, let’s see, six through 12. One day the angels came to present themselves before the Lord and Satan also came with them, the Lord said to Satan, Where have you come from? Satan answered the Lord, from roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it. Then the Lord said to Satan, Have you considered my servant, Jube? There is no one on Earth like him. He is blameless and upright. A man who fears God and shuns evil. Does Joe fear God for nothing? Satan replied. Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything that he has? You have blessed the work of his hands so that his flocks and herds and spread throughout the land. But now stretch out your hand and strike everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face. The Lord said to Satan. Very well, then, everything he has is in your power, but on the man himself. Do not lay a finger. Then Satan went out from the presence of the Lord.
[00:44:46] Ok, so just to never like that story. Yeah, I never did. But this is a, it’s a cool story because it, it shares exactly what I’ve been talking about. So first of all, if you have Satan who is upset because God has protected Jobe, right. Yeah. If God has protected job No. One. So Satan is in God’s presence, Satan is the accuser. Do you think he’s trying to accuse Joe possibly so he can attack Joe? Sure he would without being able to accuse. He has no authority to attack. Does that make sense? OK, so he can only accuse on legal grounds in this case, God gives him judicial authority to attack, even though there was no sin, no nothing to accuse him of. So we see God acting in sovereignty saying, hey, you can go and attack him, even though there’s nothing there to attack, no legal basis. OK, but here’s what’s really interesting. It says all that he has is in your hand only against him, do not stretch out your hand. So God says you have authority to attack, but only within a limited scope. Yeah. So Satan can only attack. And when I use the word Satan, we can use all of his minions, OK, can only attack within a limited scope based on whatever’s been authorized. Makes sense. Yes. Now here’s the big question. Why. Had Jobe been protected from Satan in the past, why was Satan saying, well, the only reason Joe fears you is because, let’s see, because you have put a hedge around him in his house and all that he has on every side, you’ve been protecting him. What do you think was the reason Joe was protected by God? In other words, why let me say this way, why could why did Satan have no legal grounds to attack? Now, go ahead.
[00:46:59] Well, according to the scripture, the Lord says he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.
[00:47:07] I paused for a moment. And you think Geovani, who was on the mission field and still is, do you think he feared God? Yes. Do you think he was a righteous man who sought out to the Lord? Yeah. OK, so that doesn’t quite hold up yet because a lot of people do that and they’re and they’re not protected, OK, so it’s got to be something more than that.
[00:47:36] So let’s look at something that happened to Joe as a child.
[00:47:40] No, no. OK, let’s go back to Joe. One versus four and five. Four and five.
[00:47:48] All right, his sons used to hold feast in their homes on their birthdays, and they would invite their three sisters to eat and drink with them. When a period of feasting had run its course, Joe would make arrangements for them to be purified early in the morning. He would sacrifice the burnt offerings for each of them, thinking perhaps my children have sinned and curse God in their hearts. This was jobe’s regular custom.
[00:48:17] Oh. So his regular custom was. Offering sacrifice to cover for anything that may have been may have occurred right from his children. Yeah, if he was doing that from his children, do you think we could also infer that he did that as a standard practice with his own life? Probably, yeah, yeah, because it’s so important that he wants to insure it with his children means that it’s a part of his character and so we can infer it’s part of his life. This sacrifice is equivalent of today repenting. Does that make sense? Yeah, yeah, because the sacrifice removes the legal right of the sin, repentance removes a legal right in the sense of what we see as we see the heart of Joe as a heart of continual repentance. And through that continual repentance, God had a protective shield around and that prevented Satan from attacking because Satan could not get a foothold in the accusation. Satan comes before God in this courtroom wanting to accuse Joe, but there’s nothing to accuse him of and therefore he can’t attack. Do you see this process going on? Yeah. Yeah. OK, so now let’s also look at another one. This is now Ninia. So Geneva, we’re going to turn to Jonah three, the entire chapter, which is 10 verses. But as you’re turning to Jonah, three. So Nineveh is a wicked evil city. Mm hmm. Terribly wicked. Terribly evil. So evil that God calls Jonah to go and proclaim to them that God is about to destroy them. And you remember why, Jonah, try to avert going to Geneva and he gets on a ship, going to some other place, and then God sends a big, you know, storm and they finally thrown overboard and then God sent a fish to swallow him and take him to the shore. You remember why he was running away?
[00:50:28] From God, he didn’t want to go to nanva, but why not?
[00:50:32] Why not? This is important. This is key.
[00:50:35] Oh, I don’t remember.
[00:50:37] Okay, so Netiv was hated by the Jews and the and and Jonah is a Jew. And Jonah wants total destruction upon Minova because they’re such hated and so evil. And he didn’t want to go Profaci against him because he said, because I know if I do, they will repent and you will relent of destroying them. So that’s why he didn’t go. So now let’s pick up and Jonah, three versus one through 10.
[00:51:11] Jonah, Jonah wanted them to perish.
[00:51:14] Yeah. Jonah, one them. Them.
[00:51:16] Ok, one version. Then the word the Lord came to Jonah a second time. Go to the great city of Nineveh and proclaim to it the message I give you. Jonah obeyed the word of the Lord and went to Nineveh. Now, Nineveh was a very large city. It took three days to go through it. Jonah began by doing it, by going a day’s journey into the city, proclaiming 40 more days and Minova will be overthrown. The Nineveh I believe God afast was proclaimed and all of them from the greatest to the least, put on sackcloth. When Jonah’s warning reached the king of Nineveh, he rose from his throne, took off his royal robes, covered himself with sackcloth and sat down in the dust. This is the proclamation he issued. And then of a. By the decree of the king and his nobles do not let people or animals, herds or flock taste anything, do not let them eat or drink, but let people and animals be covered with sackcloth. Let everyone call urgently on God, let them give up their evil ways and their violence. Who knows, God may yet relent and with compassion turn from his fierce anger so that we will not perish. When God saw what they did and how they turned from their evil ways, he relented and did not bring on them the destruction that he had threatened him.
[00:52:48] So what we see here is repentance. God proclaims evil. Against the city, he always accomplishes that disaster through evil means we’re going to see that in the next passage in just a moment. But because they repented, they turn from their sins. God relented and did not sin did not therefore authorize the evil to attack. Do you see this pattern? Yeah. They said attack was imminent. They repented. An attack was withheld. Same thing that happens in our lives. Now, let’s turn to one final passage on this. And this is King Ahab. This is going to be the first King’s 21. First, Kings’ 21, and we’ll read verses 20 through 29 as you’re turning there. Let me give you a quick story, quick backdrop. So you have Israel, the nation of Israel, King Saul, King David and King Solomon, the King Rabo at Radames inauguration. Essentially, the kingdom is split because of Solomon said, OK, you got these lying voices that start to talk to real Bohman and cause him to make bad decisions because of the sins of his father, Solomon. So now you have Judah in Israel. You have with Israel, you have a series of kings, and one of them is a king named Ahab, who was at that time the most wicked king of Israel that Israel has ever had. He led Israel astray so bad that the Lord was just furious with them. That’s where we pick up on this story. This is a very evil man, OK? OK.
[00:54:43] All right, twenty three, twenty nine, Ahab said to Elijah. So you have found me my enemy and actually I’m going to I’m going to hold you off on this.
[00:54:54] Let me I want to read this excerpt from it just to condense on time. So Elijah gives this word of the Lord to Ahab.
[00:55:03] He says, behold, I will bring disaster upon you. I will utterly burn you up and will cut off from Ahab. Every male bonder free in Israel. And I will make your house like the house of Gereb, The Sun and the back, like the house of Batia, the son of a hija for the anger to which you have provoked me and because you have made Israel descend.
[00:55:28] And Elijah continues, Anyone belonging to Ahab who dies in the city, the dog Charlie, and anyone else who dies in the open country, the birds of the Heaven. Charlie, just a little parentheses on this. To die and not be buried properly was a horrendous offense. So what God is telling Ahab, you are so horrendous that none of your people are going to even have a decent burial. This is a real offensive statement. And then the Lord gives us this parentheses in scripture, he says there was none who sold himself to do what was evil in the side of the Lord, like Ahab, OK. And so then we pick up toward the end of this passage. And when Ahab heard those words, he tore his clothes and put sackcloth on his flesh and fasted and lay in sackcloth and went about dejectedly. So we see from the word of the Lord conviction and we see repentance, OK, and then the word the Lord came back to Elijah saying, have you seen how Ahab has humbled himself before me because he has humbled himself before me? I will not bring the disaster in his days, but in his son’s days, I will bring the disaster. So here we see because a soon evil is going to occur because of repentance, that evil authorization is withheld and delayed. Do you see this happening, this passage? Yes. Yeah, OK, but there’s still evil that’s going to happen. Now, let me ask you a question. So how do you think God brings about his judgment of cutting off every single male that they have?
[00:57:21] Oh.
[00:57:25] That’s a good question.
[00:57:26] Ok, so let’s turn to Second Kings 10. Versus 30 and 31 second kings, 10 versus 30 and 31 Lobach story, there’s a guy named Jay who Jay who is a fierce man and he’s a wicked man, but one of the prophets goes in a noisome says, you will destroy the house of Ahab and you will be king of Israel, but only remember to do right in the Lord’s eyes. So, Jay, a very violent and wicked man, and now we pick up second kings versus 30 and 31.
[00:58:04] The Lord said to Jay, who because you have done well in accomplishing what is right in my eyes and have done to the house of Ahab all that I had in mind to do, your descendants will sit on the throne of Israel to the fourth generation. Yet Jay, who was not careful to keep the law of the Lord, the God of Israel with all of his heart. He did not turn away from the sins of jerboa which he had caused Israel to commit.
[00:58:32] Ok, so Jay here goes and destroys all the male descendants. Totally destroys them. He does what had been told by the Lord. But here’s a question. Was Jihu a righteous man or an evil man?
[00:58:52] That I don’t remember about.
[00:58:54] Ok, all right, well, right here, it says he did not turn from the sense of bomb, which he made. It will dissent. So it says that evil is very evil, right? He’s very evil. OK, if he is evil, is it likely that in some way? He was directed or manipulated by evil spirits in the violence and the overthrow of Ahab and all of they have ascendence. Sure, yeah. OK, so here’s the observation that I see and I just want to kind of point this out. These are things. So this is pulling from what I’ll call extra biblical observation, things that I’ve seen and experienced because the Bible isn’t all that clear. And this is why sometimes we this is a fuzzy area for us. But my observation is this. One of the things I’ve learned about how God works and we talked about this on the on that third podcast of when bad things happen, is it Goswell? Is that when an evil spirit has a right to attack? Those attacks frequently look like natural cause and effect. OK, not all divorce is an evil spirit, but it can be instigated and inflamed by an evil spirit. Not all sickness is an evil spirit, but an evil spirit can do it. When you start to recognize the patterns, you can start to see when the presence of an evil spirit is behind these things that are simply they appear to be simply natural occurrences.
[01:00:30] Does that kind of make sense? Yeah, it does. OK, and so that’s what we see with Yahoo! The the legal right was given into the evil spiritual realm because of the sense of Ahab. Even though they have repented, it did not stop the legal right from being brought up. The damage being brought to generations is simply delayed, that destruction on himself. So now so we see this if we kind of summarize and we’re going over time and I apologize, but as one of the more one of the other ones where I can’t stop now, OK, we’re too far in and there’s no good place to start. So we’re going to keep on going. But so just we kind of look at this backdrop one quick time to see where we are. There’s a legal structure within the spirit realm that God sets up. All created, all creation operates within that legal structure and especially evil spirits, because that’s kind of who we’re talking about with us. And that legal structure defines the entire scope of where they can and cannot attack in the presence of unrepentant sin. They have a legal right to attack. We see this with the parable of the unmerciful servant and Jesus saying, my father will turn you over to the tormentors if you do not forgive your brother.
[01:01:57] So we see that as a legal right with a scope. We see through scripture that repentance delays or removes God’s authority. Are the evil spirits in attacking. So now I want to talk about one last topic, and that is the expanding of that repentance to repenting on behalf of others so we can repent on behalf of others and what I’ve learned through scripture. And through observation is it appears that there are at least three areas that we can repent on behalf of others, but the key is that there what I’m what I’m sensing as I see this and experienced that is there has to be a connection. So that connection is either through leadership, like the leader of a nation repenting on behalf of that nation or the connection is association like being a citizen of a nation or maybe a member of an organization, or it could be a family that there is something familial with it, such as maybe your bloodline up or down, possibly even your spouse. I don’t know on that. So in leadership, one of the things that you read through the Kings of Judah, you start to see this pattern really clearly. Some of the kings are evil. They caused you to descend and God then brings enemy attacks and judgment upon the nation.
[01:03:36] And Judah and then you have other kings like Hezekiah or Aissa or Josiah who were good kings, and they are repentant of the sense that Judas committed. They start to do things, righteous things, before the Lord get rid of the altars and restore worship of the Lord and you see God start to relent of disaster. God starts to hold back enemies and put a protective shield around the nation. Do you does any of this make sense to you? Recall reading stories and kind of recognizing a kind of a pattern when King is OK? Yeah. So this is all that legal structure where the it’s based off the leader of the nation. So now a possible application of this is also the leader of an organization such as maybe a business or a ministry or any other group, because God works in patterns. There’s a pattern of hierarchy, of leadership. God the father. Jesus, the Son, the Holy Spirit, there’s a pattern there of leadership, then you have Jesus to his bride, which is shadowed in the natural with the husband having leadership over the wife. OK, and you have you even have in the Old Testament that because of the leadership of the husband, the husband has over the wife.
[01:05:09] If the wife were to make a contractual commitment that the husband does not know about, when the husband finds out about it, the husband can handle it because he has authority. And that shows that the one in authority has certain rights and obligations. OK, and so I believe, therefore, it’s probably possible these are now my assumptions that the one in authority can repent for those underneath his or her authority, not necessarily to repent, to prevent personal attacks against them, against that person. But maybe repent on behalf of that person sent to protect the organization from attacks. So, you know, so let’s say you have a ministry, for example, and someone is sitting in that ministry, that ministry could be attacked because of the involvement of that person said. But the leader of that ministry, I believe, can repent on behalf of that person and nullify the effect of that sin against the ministry. It doesn’t make sense. Yeah, yeah. OK, I believe we see this in the role of the high priest. So in the old covenant, the high priest was a leader of the nation and he interceded on behalf of the nation in terms of sacrifice. And by sacrifice, it removed the transgression of sin, and so we see kind of the structure, this pattern.
[01:06:46] But I want to show you another passage with association. So this goes back to Daniel. So if you’ll turn to Daniel, nine verses three through six, give you a real quick backtrack on Daniel. So Daniel was part of Judum when the Babylonians came in and destroyed all of Judah in Israel and took them away captive. So he was a youth when he was taken to Nebuchadnezzar. Forget the Syrian capital. I forget exactly where, but he was taken as a youth to to serve there. And he was he served under five kings for over 70 years. And and I think it was Elijah. No excuse is Jeremiah that prophesied that Israel would be exiled for 70 years, one year for each Sabbath, that they did not keep OK or something like that. But the number 70. So Daniel is now at the end of the 70 years he’s reading through Jeremiah’s prophecy and says, oh, this is coming close. So now he will pick up on Daniel nine verses, three through six. And I want you to see what Daniel is doing in prayer.
[01:08:17] Ok? All right. So three through six. So I turned to the Lord. I turned to the Lord God and pleaded with him and prayer in petition and fasting and in cloth and ashes, I prayed to the Lord, my God, and confessed Lord the great and awesome God who keeps his covenant of love with those who love him and keep his commandments. We have sinned and done wrong. We have been wicked and we have rebelled. We have turned away from your commands and laws. We have not listened to your servants, the prophets who spoke in your name to our kings, our princes and our incessant ancestors and to all the people of the land.
[01:09:01] All right. So let me put this in perspective, Daniel. Made it into. The Bible. As an authoritative word of God, he was a righteous man before God. He served God all his life. Daniel, if you remember Shadrack Mishak in Bendigo in a fiery furnace, Daniel was the leader of that group. And here Daniel is saying, we have sinned. We have done wrong. We have acted wickedly. We have rebelled. We have turned aside from your rules, we have not listened to the your prophets. Do you think Daniel did not do that? Do you think Daniel was acting wickedly? Daniel was.
[01:09:46] No. No. So what’s going on then? Yeah, he’s pleading with God to forgive the people.
[01:09:56] Yeah. He was repenting on behalf of the nation of Israel, of which he was a part. So we see this pattern of repenting on behalf of someone else for him is repenting on behalf of the sins of the nation and the sins of their fathers. I want to share a couple other stories as we wrap it up. So there’s a guy named Robert Henderson. He’s real interesting. He wrote a book called Operating in the Courts of Heaven. Robert is a pastor. He’s been a pastor for a number of years. And his son, Adam. Went through a really nasty divorce and in this nasty divorce, he just went into a spiral of depression. He lost his job because of it, because he couldn’t operate with his depression, he barely would leave the house. It was that bad, that severe for two years. Now, by the way, Adam’s job was a youth minister. He was a born again Christian, doing everything right. Something happened in the end of his wife and in the relationship. Probably an evil attack. OK, we’re going to make that assumption. We don’t know.
[01:11:11] But now he’s in a fit of depression so bad he can’t even get a job. Barely. Lisa Health, his father, who is a pastor, is battling in prayer for two years on his knees, claiming binding, losing everything he knows to do in prayer. And his son is not getting better. And then the Lord revealed to Robert something he says, Bring Adam before my court of heaven. He said, what do you mean, he said, bring him into my court. So he did. And then God, the father tells Robert now repent on behalf of Adam. So here we see repentance. Now, this isn’t scriptural, but this is the pattern and we start to see the results. So Robert starts to repent. On Adam’s behalf for anything he thought he might have done, a report on Adam’s behalf for rejecting the Lord, for being depressed, for being angry at his wife.
[01:12:21] You know, all these different scents, OK, sure. The whole the whole session lasted about 15 minutes. That’s it. Ten days later, Adam picks up the phone and says, Hey, Dad, I don’t know what happened, but a week and a half ago, all of the depression left. I am normal now. And here’s what Robert said. He said, by going into that corner of heaven, by handling it as a legal issue. And legal issue is about legal rights and repentance of sin by handling it in 15 minutes as a legal issue, accomplish more than what being on his knees in two years in prayer could not accomplish. And that amazing, yeah, that’s pretty awesome, by the way, there’s a cool YouTube video where he’s been interviewed, if you want, which is called court, if you just type in YouTube. Court of heaven, Patricia, it’s the first one that comes up. She’s an older, white haired lady with a really bright blue, vibrant blue background in the studio there. So I want to talk about one of the thing as we wrap this up, and this is why I want to talk about repenting on behalf of others is there’s a thing called generational curses. And a generational curse is basically when an evil spirit has a right to attack and attacks from one generation to another to another to another, you start to see the pattern, the evidence of a generational curse. When you look at your family or ancestral history of maybe drunkenness or a history of depression or history of divorce or history of marital cheating all the time or history of early deaths or history of sicknesses and and and a history of anything where there’s always this pattern one generation after another, after another.
[01:14:26] Does that ring a bell for you? What I’m talking about.
[01:14:29] Yes. Yeah, sure. Yeah.
[01:14:31] You know, maybe one of the things we can put in the spotlight is the Kennedys. The Kennedys are always dying early, dying young, but they’re always dying. OK, never at normal term. OK, so I would say there’s probably a generational curse there. OK, and here’s what’s interesting in and of itself. Age, sickness or death or each accident or each divorce. When you look at it and dissect it, you say, well, this was just a natural cause and effect, but when you start to see this pattern, then you start to recognize that maybe there’s an evil spirit involved that is causing what we perceive as natural cause and effect. But there’s actually something more there. That’s what a generational curses. And one of the things that you do in the Deliverance Ministry when these things come up is real interesting. So if you’re interrogating that demon that’s there, that’s attacking this person, that’s bringing hardship to this person’s life and you say what gives you legal? Right. Sometimes that demon may say murder. Murder, well, this guy hasn’t murdered anyone, tell me more, you know, give me more insight and you’ll find that maybe that murder was a great great grandfather. Five generations ago, for four generations ago, that and that gave the legal right for this demon to be in that bloodline and continue to hamper and attack and destroy because it hasn’t been repented of. So then in that deliverance ministry, you get the person that you’re ministering to say, OK, repent on behalf of your great great grandfather in the murder. I return to that. Now, you go back to the day and say now what legal right they had remaining, he’ll say none. Great, you got to leave, OK, so you can repent because essentially those things are imputed to you.
[01:16:40] That’s why the evil spirits have a legal right to attack you, because the sins of the father is visited to the sense of the child. I think that’s kind of right. But whether that’s right or wrong, I know that the pattern is there and the activity of repenting is the solution. So what’s the application to all of this in our lives? Real simple. When we’re being attacked by evil spirits. And we see this pattern in our life that we think we go, OK, this is the enemy attacking, it’s almost always because of a legal right that has not been repented of. And when those attacks are occurring, it’s almost always going to appear like natural cause and effect. Well, you just make bad decisions. That’s why you’re constantly getting into all these issues in your life. That’s why your business isn’t growing. You just make bad relational decisions. That’s why you go from one relationship to another to another. Well, that could be the case, but it also could be. A legal right of an evil spirit in there, you know, you know, whispering lies and thoughts to you and you’re acting on them and and all that. So the way to block those attacks is by removing the legal rights and you remove those legal rights by repentance. And you remember the old adage, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Yes. OK, so I kind of coined my own little adage, a repentance a day keeps the adversary away. Okay. So, yeah, it’s a life of just daily repentance. You don’t know what to repent for. Doesn’t matter.
[01:18:30] Lord, I repent of any sin I’ve committed against you now put it under the blood of Jesus and I come before you in your courtroom and Lord I lift up two pieces of evidence, my repentance and the blood of Jesus that covers it and washes it clean. I request that for. That verdict of acquittal not guilty. I request Florida for a restraining order against every evil spirit that’s been there trying to attack me because of because of any sense. OK, that’s basically kind of the loose structure.
[01:19:07] You can also, you know, Lord, I repent of the sense of my father and of his ancestors. I repent of the sense of my mother and Afir ancestors. And I lay all those under the blood of Jesus. Any sense imputed to me that’s giving an evil spirit a right to be in my life?
[01:19:25] Ok, so that’s kind of the process. I want. I want to end with two stories and I want to show you how subtle this is and just our daily life. So I’m praying for a lady named Franscell Franscell. I think she’s around 73. She’s been a missionary since her late 20s. OK, so for almost 50 years, she’s been a missionary. She’s living she’s now in a wheelchair for and been in a wheelchair for 11 years. She had surgery on her foot. That surgery, something went wrong, they could not correct it. They went back for additional surgeries, couldn’t fix it. She’s been in a wheelchair for 11 years because of severe pain. So I pray for her and the pain instantly leaves. She gets out of the wheelchair. She starts walking around. First time in 11 years, she’s able to walk without pain. She walks to work. She goes to church the next day because I think this was a Saturday. She’s walking in. Everyone’s praising the Lord. And and then a few days later, the pain comes back and she goes back into the wheelchair. Now, here’s what I’ve learned about healing ministry. When the Lord heals you, you’re healed. But if it comes back, it’s a spirit.
[01:20:44] Ok, so I said, that’s the spirit. Let’s handle this as a deliverance, so I went through and said, you know, is there anything you haven’t repented of, anyone you haven’t forgiven, blah, blah, blah. And, you know, being a missionary on the field for almost 50 years, she’s pretty darn clean. So is this a you know, have you ever done anything with the occult, ever played with a Ouija board? Have you ever dabbled with levitation or saints and just, you know, tarot cards or Dungeons and Dragons? I just don’t see anyone in your family been involved with, you know, Freemasonry or or been involved with the occult themselves, all these things. No, no, no, no. She couldn’t think of anything, been involved with any secret societies or taken any sacred oaths. I mean, I’m just going through the typical list of things that will give a demon a foothold. And she said, oh, wow. You know, there was something in high school I was involved with Rainbow Girls.
[01:21:45] By the way, Rainbow Girls is, I think is part of what’s called Eastern Star, which is a cultish religion and it’s part of the Freemasonry. So it’s all kind of tied into that group, she said. I was involved with Rainbow Girls and and we had some sort of a secret of now by this time, here’s what was going on. I’m saying, spirit, get out in the name of Jesus. Go paint, get out. OK, I’m trying to command it out and the pain level went down, but it wouldn’t go all the way out. It’s still a decent amount of pain. So I said, well, let’s repent of your involvement with Rainbow Girl. So she said, Oh Lord, forgive me for my involvement with Rainbow Girls. I’m sorry. That’s a no, no, no, no. Follow after me, Lord. She says, Lord, I repent of my involvement with Rainbow Girls. So she said repent of my involvement with Rainbow Girls. That’s repentance is not. Please forgive me. I’m sorry. It’s I repent. So as she did I then said, OK, Spirit, get out. Instantly, the pain completely left. It was something 45 or 50 years earlier, actually, 55 years earlier. An involvement with Rainbow Girls that the spirit was holding on to, to have the legal right to come back and torment her.
[01:23:10] And then and then, so she’s great for about two weeks and then the pain comes back again and she’s all depressed and upset and concerned. And, you know, it’s this battle in and out, in and out. So I’m asking the Lord in prayer saying what’s going on? What gave the spirit a right to return? And the Lord said something happened between the time that it left and the time that it came back. And he put him I thought what I thought it was, so I called Franscell up and I said. I think I know what’s going on, she’s still in she’s back in the water now, I think I know what’s going on. Let’s test it out. So. I I. I first tried, I said first, what’s the pain level, she says on a scale of one to 10, it’s an eight. And and I said, OK, get out now leave and the pain level goes down, she said. And I said, What is it now? She says to three, I said, So I kept commending the spirit out and it would not budge. So then I said, OK, here’s what I think’s going on. Franscell, you’ve been in that wheelchair for 11 years. You probably created an identity of being in that wheelchair’s become part of you had an identity of pain, and I said and that identity is contrary to God’s identity of you.
[01:24:41] And if it’s contrary, it means it’s a sin. So let’s repent of your identity, of being in the wheelchair and being in pain. So she did very sweet. Oh, Lord, you know, I love you, Lord Jesus. And I repent of my identity, of being in a wheelchair, my identity of being in pain. And so now, spirit, get out. Guess what happened. She felt better, she instantly all the pain totally left, and now she was pain free for a couple of months, maybe three months, and then the spirit came back. She’s back in a wheelchair again. OK, so you see this pattern. So I just texted her and said, hey. Remember to repent of your identity, of any identity, being in a wheelchair, being in pain, in case you kind of had those subtle thoughts because it’s been so much of your life for so long. So she she did. She repented. She texted me back, said the pain is gone again. She’s back walking. So this is how subtle this stuff can be. OK, yeah. Yeah. Let me tell you one last story. A guy named Todd goes and prays for people and sees healing all the time.
[01:25:56] He’s talking to this young man, probably in his 20s, has severe back pain. So Todd prays for the back and nothing happens, not healed. Well, that’s unusual for Todd. So Todd texting while he’s standing there with this guy, he’s asking the Lord what’s going on in the Lord, tells him that this young man has unforgiveness in his heart for his mother. So Todd tactfully asks, hey, tell me about tell me about your relationship with your mom. And he goes, what do you know? What do you want to know? I hope she writes in hell. You know, just really Kostic, OK, so Todd works with him, leads him to forgive his mother. And then top price for his back and instantly his back, his hill, that unforgiveness back to the parable of the parable of the unmerciful servant. So, too will my father turn you over to the tormentors unless you forgive your brother. So these are just applications of what’s going on. Just continued validation in today’s world of this whole thing about legal rights. So if you just understand the legal right, repenting of those sins removes that legal right and therefore. You can have victory in those attacks of the enemy, and that’s pretty cool, yeah, that’s awesome.
[01:27:24] And, you know, I think this is a good place to remind our listeners, too, that if they are believers, if they’re saved and they’ve asked Jesus to be their lord and their savior, then they have the right to access the court of heaven, like you talked about, and go before the Father Jesus as their attorney and settle these things. And I just I feel like sometimes as believers, we forget the authority that’s been given to us by the sacrifice Jesus made on our behalf, and that they do have the right to do exactly what you’re talking about, take their stand against the enemy and and bring about deliverance.
[01:28:08] That is so true, we have more authority than we know, more authority than we use, and here’s what’s interesting. Just like a dog, you walk in someone’s yard, they got sort of a dark dog. If the dog senses that, you’re afraid he’ll attack. But if he senses that you have no fear of him, he won’t. Same thing happens with these evil spirits. If they if they know that you don’t know, your authority will attack for once, but you know what your authority is, then you can hold him at bay. Yeah. One last comment on that. If you are not a believer but you’re really convicted, that you need to. You want this relationship with the Lord. It’s just real simple. You just basically say, Lord, I repent of my sins. And this is what Jesus came the only message he preached to the gospel. You’ll see the only message Jesus preached. Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. And so if you want Jesus in your life, then all you have to do is say, Lord Jesus, I repent to my sins. I confess I’m a sinner. I return to the saints and I want you in my life. And I want you now come into my life and. And I will. Commit to obey you and follow you to the best of my ability. That’s basically it. I mean, is this a it’s not the words, it’s the heart. That’s right. That’s right. So real quick, just a reminder, please subscribe to the podcast. If you don’t if you’re not subscribing to it already, you’ll get them automatically and tell others about it. Yeah, awesome.
[01:29:58] Well, this was so great today and I really enjoyed our conversation. I know our listener listeners are going to be challenged and enjoy it as well. And to all of you out there listening, we just hope that you’ll join us next time. And we wish you all the best and blessings. Thank you, baby. And we’ll be together again soon.
[01:30:18] Sounds great. You all have a blessed day.
[01:30:21] All righty. Bye bye.
