What type of money can you earn marketing to your sphere of influence list? It’s all across the board. Let me just give you a few examples that come to mind.

One of my friends, a real estate agent here in town, does 8 – 10 million dollars a year and it is all personal contacts. He’s been in real estate for about 8 years. That’s about $250,000 to $300,000 a year income just from that sphere of influence list.

I have another realtor client and a friend who has a list of 500 people who he targets and from his sphere of influence list. He makes between $300,000 and $400,000 a year. You know how much he spends marketing it? He mails one of his real estate postcards a month. He has an email drip campaign that he does. If you add up the cost, you are looking at maybe $200-$300 a month and he’s earning between $300,000 and $400,000 a year.

There is a lot of money you can make if you just start marketing to people in your sphere of influence who know you and trust you as a realtor.
