Simple real estate lead generation touches for your sphere of influence – the ice cream social at the park

Talking about ice cream scoops, here are more real estate marketing strategies you can use to touch your personal list and sphere of influence to attract seller leads.

We live in a large, metropolitan area that’s broken up in different suburbs. My sphere of influence typically tends to be within about 2 or 3 of these suburbs. If that’s the way your list is, these real estate marketing tips can work for you.

When considering real estate lead generation ideas, think about hosting a social.  You can host one social for suburb 1 at park number 1.  Then, for suburb 2, have a different social at park number 2. You can use the same real estate marketing strategies if you’re in a smaller town where it’s a lot easier to get everyone together in one spot.

You want to do something fun. Have people, including possible real estate leads, come over to what I will basically call an ice cream give away social.  Just say, “Hey, come down to the park.  We’re meeting at Lynn Park. It’s going to be from 9 to 12. I’ve got an ice cream truck giving out free ice cream. Bring the kids. I’ve got a D.J. It’s going to be just fun time in the park.”

How to generate sellers leads by using the ice cream social in your marketing to strengthen your real estate branding

You want to invite all of your personal contacts in your sphere of influence list to your ice cream social and just have them show up. They may not come, but they will appreciate being invited. With those who do come, all you do is stand by the free ice cream. This is a great marketing tip for increasing your branding and keeping you top-of-mind. As people come by to get the free ice cream you just say, “Hello, it’s great to see you.”  Now, you’re making personal connections with potential sellers.

Use the ice cream social as one of your real estate marketing tools. It’s a nice touch. It’s an extensive touch. People, including potential real estate leads, really remember it and they value it.
