How to get your “stats”

Calculating your stats and those of the MLS as a whole is easy.  Just ask your broker to calculate them for you!

WowSold sales and what we need

• If your list is predominantly home owners, provide us predominantly listings you have sold (when possible).  If your list is predominantly renters, provide us predominantly buyer-side transactions you have sold.
• Give us sales that are “above average” for you.  They don’t have to be amazing sales — just good sales.
• Provide predominantly inside photos, such as kitchen, den, master bedroom, master bathroom, etc.
• Be sure to give us stories and information on each sale.  The more “story” information you provide us, the better overall job we can do.
