Simple real estate lead generation touches for your sphere of influence – fun and unique holiday cards
Another type of simple touch you can do when prospecting to your sphere of influence to generate seller leads is the ‘Holiday Card’. I would say that probably 1 / 3 or 1 / 4 of realtors are using this as one of their real estate marketing ideas. That number might be aggressive, but you should using it one of your valuable real estate marketing tools.
Send cards out on major holidays: Christmas, Hanukkah, Easter, Halloween, the 4th of July, etc. Think about all of the various holiday cards that you can send to contacts on your sphere of influence. Make sure you stay top-of-mind by branding yourself with cards they want to receive.
How to incorporate unique ‘Holiday Cards’ into your toolbox of real estate marketing strategies to attract motivated seller leads
You may consider putting a twist on traditional ‘Holiday Card’ templates that many realtors use in their lead generation. Find a reason to send a card to your sphere of influence that’s humorous. Send something that will increase your real estate branding in their minds.
I remember going to a dinner one night on my parents’ house. My mother was in charge of doing all of the decorations, like the centerpiece setting and all of that stuff. I forget the month, but she usually tries to make all the decorations themed for whatever month that is. For example, in October, she has a Halloween type of theme.
In this month I’m remembering, however, there was no holiday so she got creative. She did some research and found out that in that month, it was National Cabbage Day. So all of the centerpieces were centered on cabbages. It was hysterical, but it was really memorable.
Creative marketing ideas for real estate agents that increase motivated seller leads
When brainstorming real estate marketing ideas, consider unusual things that you can send to your sphere of influence as a ‘Holiday card’, like Happy Groundhog Day (although that one might be a bit overdone). How about sending out, Happy Carrot Day? You can send, “You may not know this, but this is the national day of the Carrot.” Do something funny that people, including realtor leads, get and will intrigue them because it is so off-the-wall. This, along with other real estate marketing tips I’ve offered, will boost your real estate branding and help keep you top-of-mind with potential seller leads.
Using creative real estate marketing strategies like this will help people remember you. Simple real estate marketing ideas like these are really cool and quite effective.
